Who we are
Local, in the boring literal sense.
Brandywine Blinds has been family-owned and operated since 2012, working out of southern Chester County. We quote the job, we measure it and we order it, and the installation is warranted by us — one company from the first phone call to the service visit five years later.
That matters most when something is wrong. Where a job passes between three companies, a quarter-inch error turns into an argument about whose fault it was. Here it is simply our problem, whoever was on site — so we take the measurement seriously the first time.
We are a small team and you will meet most of it. That is the trade-off with using us rather than a national franchise: less marketing gloss, no call center, and a decent chance the person who answers the phone knows which house you are.
How we work
Four things we actually commit to.
None of these are unusual promises. What is unusual is that the same company keeps all four.
- The consultation is free and it is not a sales visitWe bring samples, measure every opening properly and quote on the spot with current promotions applied. If you decide against the whole thing, that is a normal outcome and it costs you nothing.
- Everything is built to your openingNothing here is cut down from a stock size. That is why it fits an 1890s sash that is out of square, and why a big-box product at a similar price does not.
- One company owns the jobWe quote it, measure it, order it and warrant the installation. Everyone we send is insured, and if something needs adjusting in five years you call us — not a manufacturer, and not whoever was on the ladder.
- A lifetime service warrantyOn the install, for as long as you own it. If a mechanism fails or something needs adjusting, we come back out. It is not a manufacturer's fabric warranty relabelled — it is us standing behind our own work.

How long have you been in business?
Family-owned and operated since 2012, working across southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and northern Maryland. Our Google rating is 5.0 across 188 reviews, which is the number we would look at if we were you.
Who actually does the installation?
A mix of our own installers and a small number of local fitters we have worked with for years. Everyone is insured and everyone is someone we would send to our own house. What does not change is who is accountable: we quote it, we measure it, we order it, and the lifetime service warranty is ours. You call us either way.
What brands do you carry?
Principally Graber and Norman Window Fashions, with Carole Fabrics for soft treatments and Paris Texas Hardware for drapery hardware. We are not tied to one manufacturer, so the recommendation depends on your windows rather than on what we need to shift this quarter.
